Hello there! I am Spacey Shiba, a digital artist who draws multiple species of fursonas, dragons, and Pokémon! I offer custom digital artwork to my clients with the professionalism of a business man while maintaining a relaxed, casual tone of an artist.

I have no issues answering questions or having a discussion to give you an accurate quote for your potential commission!

Terms of Service

General TermsYou must be 18 years old, or older to commission me. Do not remove my signature. I might record the drawing process, and post it. I only sell DIGITAL artwork, your completed commission will be a digital file that I will email you after completion. No physical items, so no shipping. No deadlines.Process + DeliveryAfter I notify you that I've started on your commission you lose the right to a refund. While I am working on your commissions I will send you wips (Works In Progress) as I'm working on the commission, from the initial sketch, revised sketch, line art, and color. Although I have no deadlines, feel free to message me for updates and if there is any situation that would slow the process of the commission I will notify you immediately. After the commission is
finished I will email you the full resolution file.
Revisions are to be made during the creation process, I give the commissioner opportunities to give input during the sketch, line art, and color phases. After the commission is declared complete there will not be any revisions.PaymentPayment accepted is USD through a Stripe invoice. Or through my Ko-Fi profile if I have opened commissions there. All commissions must be paid upfront in full. Bigger pieces ($100.00+) will have split payment offered. Custom fees may apply if you do not have a complete reference sheet for your character, the price is based on complexity of the character, this will be discussed before the final price is given. Absolutely no Chargebacks.Refund/Cancellation PolicyThe buyer is not allowed a refund once work has been started on the
commission. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will receive a full refund. If you are getting a refund do not request a chargeback... I will transfer the money back to you myself. If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give Stripe the evidence that you have agreed to the terms of service, the conversations about the commission, and the work that I have completed for you. Furthermore, you will be
blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.Copyright and Usage PolicyI the artist claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer,
therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with everywhere, publish books with it, display it everywhere to my liking, and post it wherever I want.
The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use, unless agreed upon otherwise, print the artwork and claim the characters as their own but not the artwork itself, use the artwork to promote themselves, crediting the artist is very much appreciated. The buyer can also use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main reason for the earnings, yes you can upload the artwork to your accounts.Following is considered copywrite infringement:Reproducing using the copyright work commercially, meaning making money off of it in anyway. Claiming the artwork as your own, removing my signature from the artwork, altering the artwork without my consent. I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non personal use maybe purchased!)

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose
all beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned work
in any way I see fit.

As of 03/27/2019 custom fee charge is in effect. (if you have a reference sheet this does not apply to you).Paying the invoice/paying through the Ko-Fi commissions page means you have verified that you are 18 years old, or older.
